Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I will always try to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that missed or very late appointments prevent me from booking with another client.

I understand that circumstances arise and weather can affect your ability to make your appointment on time.  I just ask that you call or text 647-989-1508 and alert me as soon as possible to your missed/late appointment

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If I can't be reached, please leave a message or send me a text.  If sufficient notice is not received due to no-show/cancellation there might be a nominal fee charged to your account.
